Lately can not get a taxi keeps saying error when booking. We learned that taxis not taking bookings for short distances as not worth it. I ended up ringing as tried 5 times on app
Stopped working after a couple of weeks. Cannot reload it as my details already exist in their database
I am a product owner at Barclays Bank and execution of this app is appalling. Whilst the infrastructure may seem sound but the execution of the product is poor at best. Make sure there are enough drivers to fulfill journeys.
Poor taxi service! Prebooked a taxi, didn't arrive on time; rang up to ask how long it would be only to be told a driver hadn't accepted the job yet! Absolutely useless!
This app is brilliant! Easy to use and gives you an accurate time to be ready for as to when your taxi will be arriving.

Payments through card via the app doesn't work anymore, unless you're paying cash or willing to risk the possibility of getting a driver with no card reader, just call them. Terrible.
